Week 1–2
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, competitive review, existing materials audit. We come in fast and ask the questions nobody internal has thought to ask.
Week 3–4
Synthesis
We disappear with the inputs and come back with a point of view. A recommendation with a rationale you can pressure-test.
Week 5–6
Refinement
Two rounds. We refine with the founding team, pressure-test with the board, and land on a final version everyone can commit to.
